How can I tell if my ak is stamped or milled

Looking to swap out the wood furniture on my romy wasr10 for some picatinny 
pumkin' bumm
rails, and have no clue if my receiver is stamped or milled?Also, the spot

weld at the end of the barrel holding on the flash suppressor, how could l

throwing my two cents in.its really shouldn't matter if its  
Buckelberry
milled or stamped, but the milled will have scratches if its

be clean.and the best way to remove a weld is to cut it with a cut-off

disk, then use an angle grinder, and finally sandpaper.be very careful not
